Conclusion
Well… that's a wrap - I have actually really enjoyed writing this website but I thought the process would never end, pretty sure this thing is over 70,000 words!
Like I said in my introduction, this website is not meant to be the be-all-and-end-all of property investing. Just because you read this website it doesn't mean you know everything there is to know about property investing because I don't (and I would be careful of anyone claiming they do…), but you will know a lot more than the average person and a lot more than you knew before you stumbled upon this website.
If you take anything from this website I hope it is that you should not be listening to anyone in the property investing landscape that does not support their conclusions with data. There are a lot of myths and misguided knowledge out there on the internet and I hope from this website you at least now have the resources to check the claims of the so-called 'experts' and to make better property investing decision for you and your family.
For those who have read this website from top to bottom, or even just a few steps - thanks very much, I hope you have learnt something and that your path towards taking action in property investing is at least one step closer.
